Case studies
Take a look at how we are supporting hospitals and healthcare providers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Helping to improve patient care through implementation of enhanced recovery*
We co-created and implemented the Colorectal Care program with MMC, one of the largest healthcare providers in The Netherlands. Monthly, cross-functional training in peri-operative care was used to reinforce the importance of all aspects of the treatment pathway and fully integrate key stakeholders working across different departments. View the case study below to learn about the outcomes that our initiative produced.

Improving intraoperative quality and efficiency by successful standardization of functional endoscopic sinus surgery*
The ACQUA Clinic was looking for a solution to improve operational quality and patient safety for those undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) at their facilities. Working with their multidisciplinary team we helped them implement a surgical procedure manager. View the case study below to see the outcomes from the clinical trial period.

Optimizing patient and procedure flows to treat more Atrial Fibrillation patients at the Oslo University Hospital*
Oslo University Hospital, Norway’s largest hospital, faced challenges in meeting increased demands for their electrophysiology laboratories (EP labs), while maintaining their high quality of care. In response, we worked closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify their biggest hurdles. Together, we successfully designed an ideal pathway to address these issues.
