DePuy ASR™ Hip Recall Contact Information

In August 2010, DePuy Orthopaedics issued a voluntary recall of its ASR™ XL Acetabular Hip System and DePuy ASR™ Hip Resurfacing System. The DePuy ASR Hip System first became available in July 2003. If you had your hip surgery prior to July 2003, the hip you received is not subject to this recall.
