Overview

Beyond the Console: Optimizing Outcomes in Robotic Assisted Surgery. This program provides the Robotic Surgeon & APP (Advanced Practice Provider) with opportunities to optimize safe and effective use of Ethicon products in robotic surgery. The interactive sessions will address surgical techniques, and skills for managing potential complications. In addition, there will be expert panel and mentorship sessions from a multidisciplinary team. Participants will have a robust Hands-on experience during animate and inanimate lab experiences and have an opportunity to see J&J MedTech Surgery future innovation. The hands-on lab will emphasize the science of stapling and the safe and effective use of the ETHICON™ 4000, SLR, Circular Stapler, HARMONIC™ 1100 Shears, ENSEAL™ X1 Curved Jaw Tissue Sealer, VISTASEAL™ Fibrin Sealant (Human), and STRATAFIX™ Knotless Tissue Control Devices in Robotic surgery.
