Johnson & Johnson Institute
This comprehensive course is designed specifically for orthopaedic surgeons who have recently completed a fellowship in an orthopaedic subspecialty outside of trauma. The program provides a focused refresher on the key orthopaedic trauma procedures most often encountered during on-call shifts in practice. Through a combination of hands-on workshops, case-based discussions, and expert-led lectures, participants will enhance their confidence and proficiency in managing orthopaedic trauma injuries, including fracture stabilization and implant selection. The curriculum emphasizes practical strategies, current best practices, and critical decision-making skills to ensure surgeons are fully prepared to deliver high-quality trauma care when called upon in their practices.
