Integrated by design
Our ‘Integrated by design’ approach goes far beyond a portfolio.
Our suite of products have been designed and engineered to work seamlessly together, ensuring optimal functionality, and compatibility.
With real-time 3D visualization enabled by the CARTO™ 3 System and the integrated solutions designed to complement it, you have the insights needed for confidence in your outcomes.

The power of partnership
The REAL AF Registry, led by physicians and in collaboration with Biosense Webster, Inc., part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, was unique to use real-world evidence to expand device labels for an alternative zero fluoroscopy workflow.ii

Our product innovations are designed to unlock the full potential of your practice.
This integration goes beyond the simple coexistence of different instruments – it is a conscious effort to create a synergistic system that enhances overall performance and outcomes.

An integrated CARTO™ experience
CARTO™ 3 System
Advance your mapping capabilities through tools such as enhanced signal analysis and improved substrate characterization, and utilization of ultrasound technology with CARTO™ V8.2,3
LAT Velocity Vectors (LVV) provides a representation of the activation wave velocity over a substrate map done in sinus rhythm or during pacing.3
Local Velocity Vectors aims to improve the specificity of localizing the most arrhythmogenic regions within the scar and reduce the need to characterize the substrate properties under different activation wavefronts.**,5
The Stability+ algorithm continuously analyzes the overall movement of the ablation catheter, separating the movement due to respiration from the actual catheter movement. This continuous analysis reduces the time for initial indication of stability and the appearance of VISITAG™ Module Sites.***,4

*Most complications were either vascular or pericarditis/effusion. No deaths during follow-up; one atrioesophageal fistula (treated and survived)
**Study includes sixteen patients with ischemic VT, with substrate maps obtained in SR (6), RV pacing (12), and LV Pacing (9). In the 7 patients VT was non-inducible at the end of the procedure. LAVAs were successfully eliminated in 15 of the 16 cases.

The Johnson & Johnson and its affiliates QDOT MICRO™ Catheters and related accessory devices are indicated for catheter-based cardiac electrophysiological mapping (stimulating and recording) and, when used in conjunction with a compatible radiofrequency generator, for the treatment of:
- Type I atrial flutter in patients age 18 or older.
- Drug refractory recurrent symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, when used with compatible three-dimensional electroanatomic mapping systems. The Johnson & Johnson and its affiliates QDOT MICRO™ Catheters provide real-time measurement of contact force between the catheter tip and heart wall, as well as location information when used with CARTO™ 3 Navigation System.
