Enabling power
TRUPULSE™ Generator
The TRUPULSE™ Generator is the cornerstone of your PFA procedures. The system delivers a unique bi-polar, bi-phasic pulse sequence specifically tailored for the VARIPULSE™ Catheter design.
- Automatically detects which catheter is connected and loads the correct pulse sequence
- Maximize lab uptime with field upgradeable software and on-screen troubleshooting
- Connect two touch screen monitors for management from both the operating theatre and the control room
- Control ablation via the foot pedal or the touch screen monitors
- Select from 33 different languages for onscreen display

High power and enhanced control
nGEN™ Generator
The nGEN™ Generator platform was specifically designed to support focal, multi-electrode, and very high-power ablation all in one generator, while being fully integrated with the CARTO™ 3 System, and bringing together the full suite of ablation tools, including the QDOT MICRO™ Catheter.
Very high-power ablations up to 90Wi. Irrigation varies automatically to ensure tip remains within its target temperature range.3 Focal, high-power and very high-power cardiac ablation in one generator.ii
Different installation configurations, including bedrail mounting of the nGEN™ Monitor. Field upgradeable software permits updates without lab downtime.
Complete integration with the CARTO™ System. On-screen troubleshooting to ensure appropriate set-up and connections, with easy-to-use interface.

The Johnson & Johnson and its affiliates QDOT MICRO™ Catheters and related accessory devices are indicated for catheter-based cardiac electrophysiological mapping (stimulating and recording) and, when used in conjunction with a compatible radiofrequency generator, for the treatment of:
- Type I atrial flutter in patients age 18 or older.
- Drug refractory recurrent symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, when used with compatible three-dimensional electroanatomic mapping systems. The Johnson & Johnson and its affiliates QDOT MICRO™ Catheters provide real-time measurement of contact force between the catheter tip and heart wall, as well as location information when used with CARTO™ 3 Navigation System.
The THERMOCOOL SMARTTOUCH™ SF Catheter is indicated for the treatment of drug refractory recurrent symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF) and for drug refractory recurrent symptomatic persistent AF (continuous AF > 7 days but < 1 year), refractory or intolerant to at least 1 Class I or III AAD, when used with the CARTO™ 3 System.
