Full bins are securely transported to our state-of-the-art reprocessing facilities. There, our expert technicians inspect each device, ensuring only the highest quality items move forward.
Precision cleaning & decontamination
Once devices pass our initial inspection, they move to the critical cleaning and decontamination stage. Here, they undergo a series of rigorously validated steps designed to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Every step in the process is carefully monitored to guarantee your J&J MedTech EP Certified Performance devices are consistent with OEM standards.
OEM standard functional testing
Every device we reprocess undergoes comprehensive functional testing to ensure quality and performance. Certified Performance devices are tested to OEM standards, utilizing proprietary OEM testing equipment to guarantee precision and reliability.
Packaging, sterilization & quality assurance
After passing functional verification, devices are carefully packaged, ensuring integrity and protection. They are then sent for sterilization, and once sterilization is verified, each device undergoes a final multi-point inspection. Only after passing this quality check are the devices delivered to your EP lab—ready for use.
