Patient education materials (such as patient education presentations or patient education brochures that a surgeon creates)—DePuy Synthes product images may be used as an example of what an orthopaedic implant looks like, but must remain unbranded. DePuy Synthes requests acknowledgement of these images with a "Courtesy of DePuy Synthes" statement below each image. DePuy Synthes company name and/or product name may not be used in conjunction with images used for this purpose.​
