OB/GYN Wound Closure and Hemostasis in L&D

Dr. Paul Deramo, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in both cosmetic and complex reconstructive procedures. He is dual board-certified in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery and has advanced training in reconstructive microsurgery, including free flap breast and extremity reconstruction, as well as hand and facial trauma.

Dr. Deramo completed his Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at UT Health Science Center in Houston, with training at Memorial Hermann Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center. He also completed his General Surgery residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine.

Through his clinical practice and educational work, Dr. Deramo brings practical, real-world expertise in advanced surgical techniques and is passionate about improving patient outcomes across a wide range of surgical specialties.
