Using a standard lateral portal, excise to provide a clean and clear arthroscopic view of the humeral footprint.

Insert two HEALIX ADVANCE™ Anchors with DYNATAPE™ Sutures into the articular margin through one or more stab incisions.

Pass the tail of the utility suture through the posterior cuff using the EXPRESSEW™ III Flexible Suture Passer via the lateral portal.

Retrieve the tail end of the utility shuttle out of the anterior portal.
Note: Always shuttle to another portal to avoid suture management issues.

Retrieve both tails of DYNATAPE Sutures & DYNACORD™ Suture tails from the anterior anchor out of the lateral portal and load all Suture strands into the loop of the utility suture.

Pull the utility suture tail to shuttle all sutures through a single point for the first pass.

Repeat Steps 4-7 with the DYNATAPE and DYNACORD Sutures from the Posterior HEALIX ADVANCE Anchor with DYNATAPE Sutures.

Retrieve all 4 DYNACORD Sutures out of the lateral portal. Tie one DYNACORD Suture limb from each HEALIX ADVANCE Anchor together using square knots and trim the tails to 3mm.

Remove slack by pulling on the two remaining DYNACORD Sutures, pull until the tendon is positioned firmly against the bone.
Note: Alternating pulls on each limb of suture may ease removal of slack.

With the remaining two free DYNACORD Sutures, arthroscopically tie stacked half hitches to secure the construct. Cut the remaining limbs.

Secure the lateral side by retrieving one DYNATAPE Suture tail from each medial row anchor and securing the pair of sutures into a HEALIX ADVANCE™ Self-Punching Anchor placed laterally on the anterior aspect of the tuberosity. Cut the remaining limbs.

Complete repair for remaining DYNATAPE Suture tails by securing them on posterior aspect of the tuberosity with a HEALIX ADVANCE Self-Punching Anchor. Cut the remaining limbs.
