For abdominal access, the ENDOPATH DEXTRUSTM Minimally Invasive Access System offers a sterile, single-patient-use solution. This system, comprised of a seal cap assembly and a fixed-length access retractor, allows you to maintain peritoneal gas pressure while inserting your hand or surgical instruments. Available in small (<4cm), medium (4-7cm), and large (>7cm) sizes, it provides flexibility for various procedures.1
