A. 157 patients underwent laparoscopic hernia repair using the TSM. The 12-month recurrence rate for this TSM was 1.3%.

B. Based on a MEDLINE search of the literature.

C. The mesh repair reoccurrence rates vary between 0% - 10% with a follow-up period of at least 12 months, with one exception when patients were followed up for between 6 and 33 months. The suture group recurrence rate after 24 months was 63%.
