Dermis On Demand Allograft - William Ciccone

Taking a Second Look at DERMIS ON DEMAND™ Allograft* video

Dr. William Ciccone II, practicing at Cornerstone Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Colorado Springs, CO, took a second look on a patient 8 months after his initial case, and found the DOD Allograft tissue had fully integrated into the soft tissue. This "30-second augment" is designed for ease of use1, minimizes changes in your existing technique1, and minimizes additional associated expenses.2

Watch Dr. Ciccone’s procedure to see his initial construct and the repair site a few months later.

Arthroscopic Anatomic Glenoid Reconstruction

The Arthroscopic Anatomic Glenoid Reconstruction using Distal Tibial Allograft Technique is not only anatomic in the re-creation of the glenoid surface, but also in the preservation of the coracoid and subscapularis tendon and repair of the capsulolabral complex.

Lower Trapezius Transfer

Management of irreparable posterior and posterosuperior rotator cuff tears is very challenging, particularly in younger or higher demand patients. Other alternative procedures may not be optimal for patients who have significant external rotation strength deficits and minimal glenohumeral arthritis.

BTB ACL Reconstruction

BTB ACL Reconstruction

The all-inside ACL reconstruction procedure is defined by the fact that sockets, not tunnels, are reamed on both the femur and tibia. Benefits of an all-inside approach may include less bone removal, shorter grafts, and smaller incisions.3

Important Safety Information

MONOVISC High Molecular Weight Hyaluronan is indicated for the treatment of pain in osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee in patients who have failed to respond adequately to conservative nonpharmacologic therapy and to simple analgesics, e.g., acetaminophen. In clinical studies, the most commonly reported adverse events were arthralgia, joint swelling and injection site pain. MONOVISC is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronate formulations or known hypersensitivity (allergy) to gram positive bacterial proteins. MONOVISC should not be injected in patients with infections or skin diseases in the area of the injection site or joint. MONOVISC should not be administered to patients with known bleeding disorders. Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate preparations has occasionally been associated with allergic/anaphylactic reactions and transient hypotension, which have generally resolved spontaneously or after conservative treatment.
