This platform allows existing Johnson and Johnson customers to purchase products*, track orders, access product information, and learn about prices. Available 24/7, this service makes it easy to manage your orders and accounts from any device, at any time.

How to Register

This service is available to existing customers. To register, you will need your J&J customer number and email address. Once your registration is verified and completed, you can access your order information, price inquiries, reports, and more. Please note the following:

  • This service is intended for purchasers, supply chain managers, stores, and finance and account managers
  • Any person at your organisation should register for their own unique login
  • An unlimited number or persons in your organisation may register for each customer account
  • Individually named email addresses (e.g., [email protected], instead of [email protected]) are preferred for security purposes
  • If you require assistance locating your J&J customer number or about registration, please contact 1800 252 194.
Order Placement

While the platform can be used to place orders when appropriate, online order placement may not be suitable in all instances.
Requests for order placement access will be assessed during the verification process:

  • Access will be provided for standard orders only. i.e. is not available for consignment or loan
  • Order access allows direct placement to J&J systems in a touchless manner, and may not be suitable for complex orders.

Checking prices prior to placing an order has never been easier. With our new 'Price Inquiry' feature, you can obtain your final price and rebate codes before ordering – all without the need for a quote!

Order Status and History

Easily access your order status and history at a glance. The 'Order Status & History' feature allows you to view your invoices, return history, credit orders, and estimated shipping times for backorders.

Proof of Delivery

Access shipment tracking links to our transport partners and follow delivery status updates at anytime. This feature also allows you to confirm who signed for your order via the 'Proof of Delivery’ document.

Invoice & Statements

Everything your finance team needs is available at the click of a button! Access downloadable proforma and final invoices, request account statements, and view payment status at any time with the 'Invoice & Statements' feature.
 

Reports

Automated and on demand reports are available for you to review, open orders, backorders, delivery, lists, and invoice details.
