Hana® Table
- Allows bilateral hip replacement for qualified patients.
- Extensive Imaging Capability Unrestricted C-Arm access. Radiolucent 35-inch (89 cm) cantilevered top section. Radiolucent leg spars for uninterrupted imaging.
- OR Team Engineered Facilitates OR Team performance.
- Suited to the Newest Technologies. Supports tissue-sparing techniques for MIS procedures. Provides a new level of surgical assistance for the surgeon and OR team.
- The Hana® table facilitates the surgeon to perform Total Hip Arthroplasty through a single Anterior Approach incision without muscle detachment from the pelvis or femur. The table allows hyperextension, abduction, adduction, and external hip rotation for femoral component placements. In addition, minimizing the disturbance to the lateral and posterior soft tissues may help provide immediate hip stability after surgery.

MATTA HIBBS RETRACTOR
Used for initial exposure of the hip, or throughout the procedure as desired.

MATTA NARROW COBRA RETRACTOR
Length: 339 mm. Used for femoral, capsular, and acetabular exposure. Two retractors included in the full instrument set.

MATTA HIP SKID
A T-handle designed for control and leverage, and also features a sharp cutting edge of the spooned section. Used to separate the femoral head and the roof of the acetabulum, as well as cut the ligamentum teres.

MATTA SHORT CURVED HOHMAN
Standard instrument designed for femoral, capsular, and acetabular exposure.

MATTA POSTERIOR RETRACTOR LT, MATTA POSTERIOR RETRACTOR RT
Used to expose posterior femoral neck and calcar for femoral preparation and stem insertion. Used to medialize the femur before the leg is extended and adducted. Includes a serrated spoon end with a finger. Left and right options are included in the full set.

MATTA GREATER TROCH RETRACTOR
Length: 442.9 mm. Tip is placed over tip of greater trochanter for exposure during femoral broaching, calcar planing and stem insertion.

MATTA AA BROACH HANDLE
Handle is designed to come up and away from the wound for ease of access to the femoral canal. The strikeplate is parallel to the face of the broach handle. The handle is designed for the load to go straight down the axis of the broach handle, instead of being dispersed like with an offset handle. Two handles included in the full instrument set and also in the broach-handle only set.

MATTA CAPSULAR RETRACTOR
A deep tissue self-retainer used to separate the posterior lateral capsule and the anterior capsule during reaming.

MATTA LONG HOHMANN RETRACTOR
Length: 339 mm. This minimally invasive retractor is used for acetabular exposure and throughout the procedure as desired for deep tissue exposure. Also includes a blunt tip designed to avoid tissue damage. Also useful as a Greater Troch retractor during initial femoral exposure and as an alternate retractor during broaching, planing and stem insertion.

FEMORAL HEAD SHORT CORKSCREW FEMORAL HEAD LONG CORKSCREW
Short Length: 146 mm. Long Length: 234.7 mm. Can be attached to power or a T-handle hudson to remove the femoral head. Two different length options to accommodate surgeon preference and variations in patient size.

SILICONE T-HANDLE HUDSON
A silicone handle designed for control and attaches to the femoral corkscrew via Hudson connection.

MATTA IM CANAL FINDER
Used for initial entrance into the femoral canal prior to broaching if desired. Includes cutting teeth and is ergonomically designed for optimal exposure.
