ANTERIOR ADVANTAGE™ MATTA METHOD™ Solution for Anterior Approach THA

Procedure Overview

Procedure Overview

In a total hip replacement surgery, doctors replace the diseased or damaged hip with an implant consisting of a stem, ball, liner, and acetabular cup. The Anterior Approach for Total Hip Arthroplasty is a procedure that minimizes soft-tissue releases through a single incision. The technique does not cut any muscles, but separates them to allow access to the hip joint. The result is that muscles are spared during surgery.

Hip joint damage, destruction or deformity causing significant pain, stiffness, or limitation of function. The acute neck of femur fracture.
