The ATTUNE™ Primary Knee System is designed with the goal of addressing the clinical needs of patients, surgeons, and hospital providers around the world. Extensive research and science is included in the design to improve functional outcomes for patients1, performance for surgeons, and efficiency for providers. The ATTUNE Knee is a comprehensive, integrated knee system. The ATTUNE Knee is one of the largest research and development projects in the history of DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction and combines the latest in design, kinematics, engineering and materials to deliver stability and motion.

Designed for better patient outcomes, the ATTUNE™ Cementless Fixed Bearing Knee with AFFIXIUM™ 3D Printed Technology provides better kinematics1-3, enhanced initial stability4, and advanced biologic fixation5 for total knee arthroplasty.

The ATTUNE™ Medial Stabilized Knee System is designed to restore a patient’s natural knee kinematics for improved feel and function.1 Patients can benefit from the system’s medial stability1, function2, and versatility3 to help meet the evolving need for improved patient satisfaction.

The ATTUNE™ Cementless Knee System includes the patented technologies of the ATTUNE Knee System. We have maintained the ATTUNE GRADIUS™ Curve to provide stability through the range of motion1,2,3 and GLIDERIGHT™ Articulation for improved patella-femoral kinematics.4 The SOFCAM™ Contact provides smooth engagement while minimizing stresses to the tibial spine5,6 for the PS variants. The INTUITION™ Instruments combined with the surgical process are designed to provide an intuitive and efficient surgical technique that allows surgeons to balance the soft tissues and precisely control the implant position and fit for each patient. Our ATTUNE Cementless System has learned from the heritage of the LCSTMCementless Knee System utilizing the same POROCOATTM Porous Coating and coated lug philosophy, which has demonstrated 97.4% survivorship at 18.1 years.7

The ATTUNE S+™ Technology is yet another way that DePuy Synthes is driving evidence-based innovation intended to make continuous enhancements with the goal of positively affecting patient outcomes and satisfaction. The tibial base with the patented ATTUNE S+ Technology (U.S. Patent No. 10,307,260) includes added features designed to provide greater residual pull off strength under a range of simulated intra-operative conditions and the presence of lipid infiltration and motion. The ATTUNE S+ Technology is designed to enhance tibial fixation with its innovative combination of macrolock features and a microblast surface finish on the tibial base.

The ATTUNE™ Revision Knee System provides a modern revision knee system scientifically designed for STABILITY IN MOTION™ that more closely matches the kinematics of the natural knee to allow for functional knee restoration and improve patient satisfaction.1,2 The system is designed to simplify the complex, with joint line restoration and flexion gap solutions, streamlined patient-specific workflows, intentional system continuity, and the power of KINCISE™ technology.

Used together, the ATTUNE™ Knee and Patient-Specific Alignment Techniques are designed to preserve the soft tissue envelope and reduce the requirement for soft tissue releases, helping to restore stable knee motion and improve patient satisfaction after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).

AOX™ Polyethylene features a patented antioxidant, COVERNOX™ Antioxidant, which combines with post irradiation free radicals to stabilize them. Once implanted, the COVERNOX™ Antioxidant which has bonded with free radicals, designed to prevent oxidation to potentially maintain mechanical integrity and oxidative stability.

Battery Power Line II
The Battery Power Line II is a powerful, efficient, and reliable bone drill/cutting system designed for hip and knee reconstruction surgeries. It’s strong enough to tackle large bone cutting but also able to accept a large portfolio of finer drilling and insertion attachments, giving it the flexibility to adapt to both major and minor orthopaedic procedures.

Fusion Saw Blades
Fusion Saw Blades are designed for traumatology and joint reconstruction procedures and provide a less aggressive cut than our ACRION™ Saw Blades. For surgeons, this means precise1, controlled1 guidance into the bone with minimal effort.

The KINCISE™ Surgical Automated System is designed to replace the handheld mallet traditionally used in Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA). During THA surgery, this automated technology helps surgeons deliver constant, consistent energy and automates bone preparation, implant positioning and assembly2.

Significant bone loss requiring extensive reconstruction around the hip and knee is often required following the treatment of malignant bone tumors, aggressive benign bone tumors, infection, multiple revised and failed joint replacements and massive trauma, particularly in the elderly osteoporotic patient. Limb-preserving techniques, using modular segmental endoprostheses, provide a functional reconstruction for these patients. Due to unpredictable and difficult conditions encountered with the remaining bone, muscle and soft tissues, the prosthetic construct must perform under severe conditions. DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction Revision Solutions offers both surgeons and patients a comprehensive portfolio of products for managing the many challenges of total joint arthroplasty. The DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction LPS (Limb Preservation System) is designed with these considerations in mind to allow for versatility in such difficult reconstructions.

Reciprocating Saw Blades
Our Reciprocating Saw Blades are designed to deliver precise cuts in traumatology, primary sternotomy, and joint reconstruction procedures. In addition to our classic line, we offer reciprocating blades with ACRION™ Technology available in Zimmer®, Stryker®, and ConMed Linvatec® Hall® couplings.
