Mentor Worldwide LLC, the global leader in breast aesthetics, announced the appointment of Lori Tierney to the position of Worldwide President. Lori has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience across Biopharmaceuticals, Medical Device & Diagnostics and Health IT, and a strong track record of success in leading end-to-end businesses. She is a known industry thought leader, recognized for her relentless focus on understanding the needs of health care providers and their patients – in order to predict and exceed their expectations.
Lori joins Mentor after more than three years as Vice President, Commercial Operations for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices North America, where she led a high-performing team of more than 250 employees responsible for enterprise strategy and commercial operations functions in support of J&J’s Medical Device portfolio including Ethicon, Mentor and other business units across Orthopedics, General and Specialty Surgery, Cardiovascular and Neurovascular.

Lori is highly respected for her organizational leadership and dedication to building and supporting teams of diverse backgrounds, experiences and thinking styles, to foster an inclusive environment where people feel connected to an organization’s priorities.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Lori worked at AstraZeneca, Endo International and Centocor, where she held positions of increasing responsibility across Commercial Operations, R&D, Sales and Marketing, and Functional and Enterprise Strategy. She holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS from Drexel University.
