The ACIS™ System of intervertebral spacers consists of implants and instruments designed to be inserted within the intervertebral disc space to provide structural stability in skeletally mature individuals. These implants are available in both PEEK and PROTI 360°™ Titanium Integrated Technology and are available in various heights, endplate geometries, and footprint sizes to fit a wide variety of patient anatomies.
AOX™ Polyethylene features a patented antioxidant, COVERNOX™ Antioxidant, which combines with post irradiation free radicals to stabilize them. Once implanted, the COVERNOX™ Antioxidant which has bonded with free radicals, designed to prevent oxidation to potentially maintain mechanical integrity and oxidative stability.
The ATTUNE S+™ Technology is yet another way that DePuy Synthes is driving evidence-based innovation intended to make continuous enhancements with the goal of positively affecting patient outcomes and satisfaction. The tibial base with the patented ATTUNE S+ Technology (U.S. Patent No. 10,307,260) includes added features designed to provide greater residual pull off strength under a range of simulated intra-operative conditions and the presence of lipid infiltration and motion. The ATTUNE S+ Technology is designed to enhance tibial fixation with its innovative combination of macrolock features and a microblast surface finish on the tibial base.
Designed for better patient outcomes, the ATTUNE™ Cementless Fixed Bearing Knee with AFFIXIUM™ 3D Printed Technology provides better kinematics1-3, enhanced initial stability4, and advanced biologic fixation5 for total knee arthroplasty.
The ATTUNE™ Revision Knee System provides a modern revision knee system scientifically designed for STABILITY IN MOTION™ that more closely matches the kinematics of the natural knee to allow for functional knee restoration and improve patient satisfaction.1,2 The system is designed to simplify the complex, with joint line restoration and flexion gap solutions, streamlined patient-specific workflows, intentional system continuity, and the power of KINCISE™ technology.
The ATTUNE™ Primary Knee System is designed with the goal of addressing the clinical needs of patients, surgeons, and hospital providers around the world. Extensive research and science is included in the design to improve functional outcomes for patients1, performance for surgeons, and efficiency for providers. The ATTUNE Knee is a comprehensive, integrated knee system. The ATTUNE Knee is one of the largest research and development projects in the history of DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction and combines the latest in design, kinematics, engineering and materials to deliver stability and motion.
The BENGAL™ Stackable Cage System is a radiolucent, multilevel corpectomy solution for restoring natural lordosis in the spine. The system consists of both one-piece and two- to three-piece (stackable) vertebral replacement components and a supplemental internal fixation system in a variety of size options to allow surgeons to achieve their desired height and lordotic angle.
The CONCORDE Bullet Lumbar System is an intervertebral body fusion device for degenerative disc disease treatment in T1-L5 placements on the spine. It consists of polymer/carbon fiber composite or titanium cages and implantation instrumentation and is designed for surgeons who prefer a straight, oblique placement of the implant.
The INHANCE™ Shoulder System empowers surgeons to treat a broad range of shoulder replacement cases in less time using fewer interoperative steps and a seamless construct design. INHANCE™ is designed to meet unmet needs in shoulder arthroplasty by addressing critical inefficiencies in intra- and postoperative operations, so surgeons can advance their patient care while administrators improve their reprocessing costs.
The KINCISE 2 Surgical Automated System is the next generation in automated broaching, impaction, and cup extraction. When compared with manual impaction, the KINCISE System* has demonstrated reduced surgeon fatigue, femoral fracture rate, and reduced OR time. 3,4
Significant bone loss requiring extensive reconstruction around the hip and knee is often required following the treatment of malignant bone tumors, aggressive benign bone tumors, infection, multiple revised and failed joint replacements and massive trauma, particularly in the elderly osteoporotic patient. Limb-preserving techniques, using modular segmental endoprostheses, provide a functional reconstruction for these patients. Due to unpredictable and difficult conditions encountered with the remaining bone, muscle and soft tissues, the prosthetic construct must perform under severe conditions. DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction Revision Solutions offers both surgeons and patients a comprehensive portfolio of products for managing the many challenges of total joint arthroplasty. The DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction LPS (Limb Preservation System) is designed with these considerations in mind to allow for versatility in such difficult reconstructions.
MatrixNEURO™ Preformed Meshes are a solution for the treatment of cranial defects featuring scientifically derived contours intended to reduce bending and procedure time.1-3
The MatrixNEURO™ System features regular (0.5 mm profile) and Ultra Low Profile (0.4 mm profile) implants. In addition, a variety of mesh options are available including various shapes and sizes, as well as contourable, reconstruction, and pre-formed.1-3
The MAXFRAME™ 3D/3D II Software is a treatment planning software and part of the MAXFRAME™ Multi-Axial Correction System. The MAXFRAME™ 3D Software/MAXFRAME™ 3D II Software provides a dynamic visualization of the patient treatment plan, letting the surgeon plan for success even before adjusting the first strut.1,◊ The software includes planning methods, treatment plan simulation, calculation and review of strut adjustment plans, review of strut swap dates, treatment plan sharing with other users, and patient and case management.
The MIS Lateral Platform combines the COUGAR™ LS Lateral Cage System and INSIGHT™ LS Lateral Access System products to provide controlled access, simplified cage insertion, and versatile posterior fixation options for lateral, thoracolumbar (T1-L5) spine procedures.
