The ACIS™ System of intervertebral spacers consists of implants and instruments designed to be inserted within the intervertebral disc space to provide structural stability in skeletally mature individuals. These implants are available in both PEEK and PROTI 360°™ Titanium Integrated Technology and are available in various heights, endplate geometries, and footprint sizes to fit a wide variety of patient anatomies.
AOX™ Polyethylene features a patented antioxidant, COVERNOX™ Antioxidant, which combines with post irradiation free radicals to stabilize them. Once implanted, the COVERNOX™ Antioxidant which has bonded with free radicals, designed to prevent oxidation to potentially maintain mechanical integrity and oxidative stability.
The ATTUNE S+™ Technology is yet another way that DePuy Synthes is driving evidence-based innovation intended to make continuous enhancements with the goal of positively affecting patient outcomes and satisfaction. The tibial base with the patented ATTUNE S+ Technology (U.S. Patent No. 10,307,260) includes added features designed to provide greater residual pull off strength under a range of simulated intra-operative conditions and the presence of lipid infiltration and motion. The BENGAL™ Stackable Cage System is a radiolucent, multilevel corpectomy solution for restoring natural lordosis in the spine. The system consists of both one-piece and two- to three-piece (stackable) vertebral replacement components and a supplemental internal fixation system in a variety of size options to allow surgeons to achieve their desired height and lordotic angle.
The CONCORDE Bullet Lumbar System is an intervertebral body fusion device for degenerative disc disease treatment in T1-L5 placements on the spine. It consists of polymer/carbon fiber composite or titanium cages and implantation instrumentation and is designed for surgeons who prefer a straight, oblique placement of the implant.

Significant bone loss requiring extensive reconstruction around the hip and knee is often required following the treatment of malignant bone tumors, aggressive benign bone tumors, infection, multiple revised and failed joint replacements and massive trauma, particularly in the elderly osteoporotic patient.
